【Warranty terms】

Authorized dealer import
All the products on this official online store are authorized dealer imports. 

Two-year warranty is offered by official distributor, Dealmaker Enterprise Limited. Warranty registration will proceed at the distributor site.

The following are not covered under the warranty:

● Any part of the product that is broken, rusted, stained with water, corroded, cracked, burnt, dented, damaged, incomplete components, or other surface damages.
● Damages caused by human accidents, negligence, improper voltage input, incorrect installation or testing, unauthorized repairs or modifications; direct or indirect damages caused by improper use of equipment or malfunction of the equipment itself.
● Removal, tampering, or incompleteness of the original warranty label; and the product serial number must match the one on the warranty certificate (if applicable).
● Customers providing false warranty information. However, if the company determines that the product can be repaired, it may, depending on the situation, offer a quotation for replacement parts and accessories, and repair services will be charged upon customer agreement. Any replaced damaged parts and accessories will belong to the company.
● Damage caused by natural disasters, including fire, flood, earthquake, or war.
● Reasons unrelated to mechanical failure such as change of mind, poor experience, or price fluctuations.

7-Day Return & Exchange service

When operational issues occur during the first 7 days of the warranty period, upon providing related information, product examination service will be provided by reservation. After confirming the product condition is applicable to 7-Day Return & Exchange service, a new product will be provided to the customer.

【Return policy】

About product refund

Product refund is applicable when fulfil all the terms below:
● Applied during the first 14 days of the warranty period
● Only brand new, unopened products are applicable
● Extra cost might occurred upon product return

Product refund terms
● The customer is responsible for the delivery process of sending back the product, including cost and product integrity.
● 10% of the the refund will be reduced as handling fee
● Refunds will be offered through the chosen payment method. Custom cannot change the method to receive refunds.
● Refunds are only allowed with prior confirmation. The customer needs to return the product before the deadline.
● Company staff will first check the returned product. In 14 working days, refunds will be sent to the customer.
● If the original order includes any add-on products, coupons, and giveaway products, the customer needs to return them along with the product requiring refund. If the customer kept any of the above, the company will charge the original price of the product.

About product return

● To return the product, please contact company staff for confirmation prior, and return before the deadline.
● The customer is responsible for the delivery process of sending back the product, including cost and product integrity.
● Company staff will first check the returned product. In 7 working days, a new product will be sent to the customer.
●  If the original order includes any add-on products, coupons, and giveaway products, the customer needs to return them along with the product requiring refund. If the customer kept any of the above, the company will charge the original price of the product.

For any disputes, including return standards, the company final decision shall prevail.
